There management was horrible at the time I was working there seeings how you have to go through a back ground check fbi check an interview and an orientation is it really worth not moving up cause the management then doesnt want you to move up cause theres not that many spots so they dont want you in there position so they half train you unless your a favorite and throw you out to the wolf so basically your dealing with alot of money and your job and life on the line because if you mess up on the money they tell you its federal well just from my experience.
